1. Digital Products
All products sold are digital goods, delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed. Therefore, we offer refunds only under certain circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for digital products under the following conditions:
- Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the product or experience download issues, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assist in resolving the issue or issue a refund if necessary.
- Defective Product: If the software has significant technical issues that prevent its proper functioning, and we are unable to resolve the problem within 14 days, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within 7 days, and we will refund the duplicate transaction.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product was purchased by mistake or for the wrong platform.
- You changed your mind after purchasing the product.
- The software does not meet your personal expectations or needs, unless there is a significant technical defect.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@redothub.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number, description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots.
We will assess your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
